That was an intense post and it reminds me of an exercise from a theatre class where the actor is suppose to imagine and think about how they would start their day as the character, what would go through their mind in terms of the conflicts they are facing and the relationships they have with other characters.... your account shows the conflict, responsibility, frustration and urgency of Mahamatya. Reading the script, shows me Mahamatya's didactism, tactics to manipulate, pressurizing Okkaak. Reading your account shows me his desperation, fear and absolute necessity to take the path he takes .... I guess such an exercise is infact important for an actor to justify the choices the character makes... wow this is a long comment :P that was a good read.
